Tula was on her way home from the forest where she had been visiting Mali. They had been having lots of fun and spent quite a long time playing together.
As she left the forest she saw Rafferty coming into the park from the farmyard.
"Hi Rafferty" "Hi Tula" They said at the same time. Tula laughed and said "Jinx" "Do you know where Sunni is".
"I can see him over by the big old tree" said Rafferty.
"What is he doing?" asked Tula.
Sunni was lying on his front with his arms and elbows straight with his hands beside his chest and his back arched back.
"I think he is doing the Cobra pose" said Rafferty. We did one like it when I was here last but that was the Snake Pose. It's a really good stretch!"
"Hey Sunni" They called as they walked up to the tree.
"Sunni stood up and said "Hello Tula and Rafferty, isn't it a lovely day today"
"Oh yes" said Tula I thought it would be a lovely day for a stroll in the park. "Would you like to join me?" she asked.
"Yes" they replied. So they all linked arms and strolled through the park and along the pathways. There were lots of lovely flowers and they even saw some lovely butterflies.
The Epona Yoga poses are detailed in the Epona Yoga Adventures of
Sunni, Tula, Mali and Rafferty book with complete instructions and the
benefits of each pose. Each pose is illustrated on teh Epona Yoga mat
